The Process
Filing a claim with your insurance provider can
be an unsettling experience.
By retaining Patriot Public Adjusting to handle your claim,
we absorb all of the burdens.
We handle all communication, meetings, and negotiations,
and keep you updated every step of the way.
Step 1
Assessment.
We will visit your home and take a closer
look at the areas we suspect sustained damage. We will show you our findings, explain your rights and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3
We File Your Claim.
We will notify your insurance company that
we are representing you, and file your claim
for your property damages.
Step 5
Negotiate.
We will negotiate with your insurance company to be sure you are getting the full compensation that you deserve. This may lead to consulting an appraiser or going to mediation. We do not settle until we are satisifed.
Step 2
Retainment.
Should you decide to proceed with filing an insurance claim, we will need to be retained to represent you. Collecting your signature and your homeowner's insurance policy number is all that is required. That's it! We handle the rest from here.
Step 4
Meeting.
Your insurance company will send an adjuster to meet with us. We will present evidence to support your claim. Your attendance is not required. However, we will communicate the time and date so that you are aware when we will be back to your property.
Step 6
Compensation.
Building relationships with our clients and helping communities is why we do what we do.
